Affiliated Steel & Tube is your source for metal polishing services. Our in-house polishing facility occupies over a quarter of our industrial facility located in Ontario, California. From this location, we are able to service all of our clients in California, and the U.S..

Metal Polishing For Steel Distributors

If you are a Steel distributor with an excess inventory of mill finished tubing and it's not selling, consider having it polished to a 180 Grit or P&B and offering your customers polished stainless steel tubes rather than mill finish. By doing so, you can save your customers time and money while at the same time helping yourself move inventory. Contact Affiliated Steel & Tube for more information regarding this service.

• #4 Satin Finish
• #7 P&B (Polish & Buff)
• #8 Mirror Finish (non-directional)

Polishing Services

Tube and Round Bar Polishing Capabilities to 180 Grit

• Round tube from 1/4" up to 3" SCH40
• Round bar from 1/4" up to 1 1/2" diameter

Tube and Round Bar Polishing Capabilities to 600 Grit (Hand buffing is available for smaller pieces, quantities or critical items.)

• Round tube from 1/2" up to 3" 120 wall
• Round bar from 1/2" up to 1 1/2" diameter

Square, Rectangular, and Flat Bar Polishing Capabilities to 180 Grit

• Square and rectangular tubes not to exceed 6" size square and 200lbs
• Plate, sheet, flat and square bars from 1/8" thick up to 1 1/2" thick not to exceed more than 32" wide and 200lbs
